At the start of 2014 I set the challenge of attending a minimum of 50 women's football matches in the year, and with plenty of great matches to attend over the coming months I have never the less gotten off to a great start despite the terrible wet weather that has played havoc with the footballing calender up and down the land have found a match on somewhere albeit on several occassions game B, C, D..... or even H, have seen a variety of leagues from county to combination, cup and friendly and have written a report on several have certainly been some entertaining games, and been an educational experience to as I look to broaden my knowledge of the traditional winter leagues that I hadn't previously followed in any great depth, so here is a roll call of the matches attended so far;-
